AndroidThe Android market place is a centralized application market place for the Android mobile OS platform. Established in October of 2008 with the launch of the HTC Dream and developed by Google, it is a hotly discussed market. The Android market place features over 21,000 applications between games, business, themes and more. In February 2009, the market place was opened up for paid applications, ushering in the need for tracking services for non-gaming and gaming applications. FADE LLC estimates that the Android market place has recorded over 200 million application downloads by the end of 2009, and realized incredible growth at the end of 2009, making this a market of interest for gaming developers. FADE LLC offers extensive packages for Android data and sales charts. Beginning in July of 2009, we offer tracking for top-200 paid gaming applications. As of December 2009, we expanded our coverage to 100% of all non-gaming and gaming applications - 21,000 in all.
